What is Eczema

Ekzeo means to boil over.

Eczema is an inflammation of the skin characterized by patches of re, blistering, dry, extreamly itchy skin.

Eczema occurs mostly in skin creases in the wrists, backs of the knees and fronts of the elbows.

Eczema, typically begins in infancy and many children outgrow the condition.

The cause is unknown but is linked to genetics and allergies.
