Humerus
 The humerus is bone of arm. It is the largest and longest bone of upper limb.

Humerus has rounded head. This head is fit into scapula cavity. The Head of humerus bone is made joint with scapula (shoulder bone), this joint is a type of ball socket joint. The rounded surface of one bone fit into cup like socket of another bone make ball and socket joint.

Humerus has long and strong shaft or body. Shaft is larger part of humerus bone.

End of humerus bone is joints with two bones, the radius and the ulna, to form the elbow joint. This joint is hinge joint. The convex surface of one bone fits into the concave surface of another bone make hinge joint. Movements like door open and close. Hinge joints allow movement on one axis.
